Yes, it is easy to design email templates in Vtiger CRM.
You can either use the HTML coding section or simply drag-and-drop components such as text, images, logos, etc to create your templates. You can also edit and format email information in the HTML coding section, including the type of font, size, color, add logos etc.
These templates are listed in the CRM. You can use them as-is or edit them further to write emails and send them to leads or contacts through email campaigns or as individual emails.
