The following actions are available when you click the +New button on a record:
Note: All actions are not available in all modules.
- Reach out now: Use this option to reach out to a customer instantly by email, call, or SMS. You can also log a meeting you had with a customer.
- Reach out later: Use this option to create and schedule events and tasks through the Quick Create window.
- Add or Create: Use this option to add or create different records.
- Attaching documents: You can attach documents from Google Drive, Dropbox, or your local computer. You can also create new documents by choosing the Create in Vtiger option.
- The documents you want to attach are available in Sales > More > Documents.
- Creating other records: Add or Create allows you to quickly create related records for a deal. You can create a quote, sales order, invoice, project, subscription, project task, Esign document, or a case.
- Share: By clicking the Share button, you can share a quote with other users or contacts as a link or an attachment via email.
Note: All actions are not available in all modules.
