How can I export a record from the Summary View?

Records exported from the Summary View are downloaded to your local computer in PDF format.

Consider the Contacts module.

Follow these steps to export a contact record:
  1. Select a record from the List View.
  2. Click the ellipsis displayed beside the contact name.
  3. Click the Print option.
  4. Select a print template from the drop-down.
  5. Select Edit & Export.
  6. Edit the Print Template by filling the required data fields.
  7. Click Save.

To export contacts without editing the Print Template, click Export PDF.
