How do I create and share a group event page?

You can create a group event page using Vtiger CRM's Appointment Pages. 

Follow these steps to create a Group Event page:
  1. Click the Main Menu.
  2. Go to Sales.
  3. Click Appointment Pages.
  4. Click +New Appointment Page.
  5. Select Group Event.
  6. Enter the following information:
    1. Event details: The name and description of the event, the appointment page link, and the assignee’s name
    2. Event duration & templates
      1. Event:  Create or select a group event record 
      2. Confirmation Email Template: Choose an email template to send the confirmation email
      3. Reminder Email Template: Choose an email template to send the reminder email
      4. CSS file URL: You can write your own CSS code to change the style of an appointment page and enter its path URL in this field
    3. Invitee Questions: The questions that the invitees must answer to be a part of the event
  7. Click Save.
Follow these steps to share the appointment page:
  1. Click Send Link.
  2. Enter the To address of the customers, email subject,  and other mandatory details in the Compose Email window.
  3. Review the email template (email body).
  4. Click Send.

Note: When you create a group event page through Appointment Pages, Vtiger CRM creates an event record of type Group Event under the Events module.
