You can prevent back-to-back appointments by setting up buffer time between them in the Appointment page.
Follow these steps to set up a buffer time before or after an appointment to provide the necessary gap:

- Click the Main Menu.
- Click Sales.
- Click Appointment Pages
- Open an appointment record from the List View.
- Go to the Event Scheduling step and fill out these two fields:
- Buffer time before appointment: Prevents scheduling back-to-back appointments. For example, if you say 15 mins, you will have a 15-minute gap before your next meeting.
- Buffer time after appointment: Prevents scheduling back-to-back appointments. For example, if you say 15 mins, you will have a 15-minute gap after a meeting.
