How do I take a complete backup of my data in Vtiger?

You can export your data from each module by clicking on the Export action from the List View after selecting one or more records.
Choose the Export all records option in the popup. The data will be exported to a CSV file that you can save you local system. You can view this file using Excel or a spreadsheet.

If you are a paying customer and subscribed for more than 6 months, you can request for a free database backup. To request for the database backup please send an email to [email protected] from the registered email id of the Vtiger account owner. The free backup will be provided once every 6 months upon request.
