How can I change a contact back to a lead?

You can change a contact back to a lead in the lifecycle stage.

Follow these steps to change a contact to a lead:
  1. Click the Menu icon.
  2. Go to Essentials.
  3. Click Contacts.
  4. Select the contact that you want to edit.
  5. Click the lifecycle button beside +New in the contact's header section.
  6. Select Lead from the Lifecycle Stage picklist.
  7. Select the type of lead from the Status picklist.
  8. Click Save.
