A campaign got canceled. How do I update it in the CRM?

You can update the Status field to Canceled in the CRM.

Follow these steps to mark a campaign as canceled:
  1. Click the Main Menu.
  2. Go to Marketing.
  3. Click Campaigns.
  4. Select and open the campaign that got canceled.
  5. Click the More icon.
  6. Look for the Campaign Status field.
  7. Select Canceled from the pick list.
  8. Click Save.

Note: Vtiger CRM provides the following statuses by default:
  • Planning
  • Draft
  • In Progress
  • Queued
  • Sent
  • Completed
  • Canceled
  • Failed
  • Active
  • Inactive
