A campaign got canceled. How do I update it in the CRM?
You can update the
Status field to
Canceled in the CRM.
Follow these steps to mark a campaign as canceled:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Marketing.
- Click Campaigns.
- Select and open the campaign that got canceled.
- Click the More icon.
- Look for the Campaign Status field.
- Select Canceled from the pick list.
- Click Save.
Note: Vtiger CRM provides the following statuses by default:
- Planning
- Draft
- In Progress
- Queued
- Sent
- Completed
- Canceled
- Failed
- Active
- Inactive
