A campaign got canceled. How do I update it in the CRM?

You can simply update the Status field to Canceled in the CRM.

Follow these steps to mark a campaign as canceled:
  1. Click the Menu icon.
  2. Go to Marketing.
  3. Click Campaigns.
  4. Select and open the campaign that got canceled.
  5. Click Deep Dive.
  6. Look for the Campaign Status field.
  7. Select Canceled from the picklist.
  8. Click Save.

Note: Vtiger CRM provides the following statuses by default:
  • Planning
  • Draft
  • In Progress
  • Queued
  • Sent
  • Completed
  • Canceled
  • Failed
  • Active
  • Inactive
