What click activity insights are available for my email campaign?

You can gain detailed insights into individual click activity for your email campaigns. The following data is available for both Regular and Auto-responder Email Campaigns:
  • Unsubscribes: Clicking the Unsubscribed On column will show details for customers who unsubscribed from your campaign.
  • Bounces: View details for both hard and soft bounces.
  • Clicks: Clicking the Count will display details about which users clicked on each link in your campaign.
  • Opens: Clicking the Opens option shows the number of emails that were opened by recipients.
