You can select them under the My Preferences setting.
Follow these steps to select your business hours:
- Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click the My Preferences button. This will redirect you to the My Preferences page.
- Click the Edit icon on the right side of the page.
- Scroll down to the Business Hours block.
- Select your business hours from the drop-down list.
- Click Save.
Note: If you are unable to see your desired business hours, please contact your CRM administrator to set them up. Business hours can be set up under
Settings > Configuration.
