Can I set up a default phone number to make calls from Vtiger?

Yes, you can. Follow these steps to set up your default phone numbers:
  1. Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click the My Preferences button. This will redirect you to the My Preferences page.
  3. Click the Edit icon on the right side of the page.
  4. Scroll down to the Phone Preferences block.
  5. Add your phone number(s) in the fields available.
  6. Click Save.
