As an Admin user, when you add a user and click Save, a verification email is sent to the email addresses mentioned in the Username and Primary Email fields.
Users must click the verification link in the email to be able to send emails from Vtiger.
You can also send a verification email by clicking the exclamation mark beside the unverified Primary Email and Username fields.
