Why is Click-To-Call not working for some agents?

If Click-To-Call is not working for a few of your customer support agents, here are a few things you can try:
  • Verify Campaign configuration related to the agent.
    • If the agent is related to only the Outbound Campaign, set Dial Method: MANUAL
    • If the agent is related to Blended Campaign, set Dial Method: INBOUND_MAN
  • Check the agent interface whether the previous call is dispositioned.
