Is it necessary to install the Phone Calls to enable VICIdial in the CRM?

Yes, it is very necessary to install the Phone Calls extension. Through the Phone Calls module, you can place calls and interact with the customer using VICIdial's integration.
Follow these steps to install the extension:

  1. Click the User Menu in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click the Settings button.
  3. Look for the Extensions section.
  4. Click Extension Store.
  5. Find the Phone Calls extension.
