Is it necessary to install the Phone Calls to enable VICIdial in the CRM?
Yes, it is necessary to install the Phone Calls extension. Only through the Phone Calls module will you be able to place calls and interact with the customer using VICIdial's integration.
Follow these steps to install the extension:
- Click the User Menu in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click the Settings button.
- Look for the Extensions section.
- Click Extension Store.
- Find the Phone Calls extension.
- Click Install.
- Click the Launch button to open the Phone Calls module.
