How do I disable the recording option for calls appearing in Twilio?

Follow these steps to turn off call recording:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click on the User Menu at the top right
  3. Go to Settings. The settings page opens. 
  4. Go to the Extensions section. Select Phone Configuration.
  5. Select the Twilio gateway.
  6. Click Edit. The Edit page opens.
  7. Go to the Recording Options section. Select No from the drop-down to disable call recording.
  8. Click Save.
