How do I configure my Vtiger CRM and Twilio settings to display the call pop-up?

Follow these steps to resolve the issue with the call pop-up:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click on the User Menu at the top right corner.
  3. Go to Settings. The Settings page opens.
  4. Go to the Extensions section and select Phone Configuration.
  5. Check that a TwiML App is created in Twilio and linked within the configuration. If not, create a TwiML App in your Twilio account and link it.
  6. Go to Active Numbers in Twilio and assign the created TwiML App to your active Twilio number.
  7. Confirm that Callback URLs are correctly configured in Twilio.
  8. Finally, go to My Preferences in the Vtiger CRM and add your Twilio extension number under Phone Preferences.
