If Click-To-Call is not working for a few of your customer support agents, here are a few things you can try:
- Verify Campaign configuration related to the agent.
- If the agent is related to only the Outbound Campaign, set Dial Method: MANUAL
- If the agent is related to Blended Campaign, set Dial Method: INBOUND_MAN
- Check agent interface whether the previous call is dispositioned.
