I am not receiving Incoming Call Pop-up, why?

  • Incoming calls are matched with the lead, contact, or organization records in the CRM by matching caller numbers with numbers in the CRM. 
  • Ensure that you have configured all the settings in Vtiger Phone Calls module and your third-party phone call gate way.
To capture information from the Incoming Call Pop up, ensure that you have configured Phone Call Pop-up in the Phone Calls configuration settings.
For example, In 'Smartflo,' please add 'answer_agent_number' as a custom header and enter the custom number assigned to your agent.
