Can I see the current year's metrics in Help Desk Insights?

Yes, you can filter the metrics in Help Desk Insights under Historical Metrics.

Follow these steps to view the current year's metrics:
  1. Click the Main Menu.
  2. Go to the Dashboard tab.
  3. Select Help Desk Insights under Dashboards.
  4. Click the Historical Metrics tab.
  5. Click the date range shown on the top right side of the page.
  6. Select Current year.
  7. Click the Apply button.
