Yes, you can update the sequence of Categories, Subcategories, and Articles. Follow these steps to update a sequence:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to the Support tab.
- Click the Articles module.
- Click the Settings button on the top right of the screen. The Help Center Settings page will appear.
- Click the Categories tab.
- Hover over the category that you created previously.
- Click the Drag icon.
- Drag and drop them on the desired position.
The sequence will be updated.
