To access OTP in the mobile app, follow these steps:
- Install the Vtiger CRM Mobile app.
- Login to your CRM account.
- Click on the Main Menu.
- Select Contacts from the main menu.
- Select any of the contact record from the contacts listed.
- Select the edit icon from the top right corner.
- Fill in the following details under the basic information:
- Primary Email: Enter the contact’s email address
- Assigned To: Select the assignee name from the drop-down list.
- Last Name: Enter the contact’s last name.
- Contact Type: Select the contact type from the drop-down list.
- After entering the above details, click on Save.
- After saving the required details, a verification box will appear.
- Enter the OTP to verify the contact and save the record.
- Select Resend OTP to receive an OTP via email or SMS.
The assigned contact will receive the OTP via email or SMS.
