How can I send an OTP using the Vtiger CRM mobile app?

To access OTP in the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Install the Vtiger CRM Mobile app.
2. Login to your CRM account.
3. Click on the Main Menu.
4. Select Contacts from the main menu.
5. Select any of the contact record from the contacts listed.
6. Select the edit icon from the top right corner.
7. Fill in the following details under the basic information:
   1. Primary Email: Enter the contact’s email address
   2. Assigned To: Select the assignee name from the drop-down list.
   3. Last Name: Enter the contact’s last name.
   4. Contact Type: Select the contact type from the drop-down list.
8. After entering the above details, click on Save.
9. After saving the required details, a verification box will appear.
10. Enter the OTP to verify the contact and save the record.
11. Select Resend OTP to receive an OTP via email or SMS.

The assigned contact will receive the OTP via email or SMS.
