From the internal tickets moduleFollow these steps to create an internal ticket in the Vtiger CRM mobile app:
	- Log in to your CRM account.
 	- Go to Dashboard.
 	- Go to the Help Desk module.
 	- Select Internal Tickets from the drop-down list. You will land on the list view Internal Tickets.
 	- Click the Add icon present below the app screen. A Create Internal Ticket screen opens.
 	- Enter the mandatory details.
 	- Click Save.
 
Using Quick CreateFollow these steps to create an internal ticket using Quick Create:
	- Log in to your CRM account.
 	- Click the Add icon present below the app screen.
 	- Search for Internal Ticket using the search bar.
 	- Enter all the mandatory details.
 	- Click Save.
