To display the summary of the ongoing processes for the different leads and contacts, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Navigate to the module where the leads and contacts are stored.
- Select the specific record for the lead or contact you want to view.
- Access the Summary View of the selected record.
- Click on the Running Processes tab to view the ongoing processes for that particular record.
