How do I view the current stage and details of processes for a specific lead or contact?

To display the summary of the ongoing processes for the different leads and contacts, you can follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Navigate to the module where the leads and contacts are stored.
  3. Select the specific record for the lead or contact you want to view.
  4. Access the Summary View of the selected record.  
  5. Click on the Running Processes tab to view the ongoing processes for that particular record.
  6. Check the details displayed under the Running Processes section, including the process name, start and end dates, and the current stage of the process.
  7.  Repeat these steps for each lead and contact to view their respective process summaries and stages.
