Sharing a Quote
You can share a quote in two ways, as a link or as an attachment.
You can share a quote in two ways, as a link or as an attachment.
- As a link. Follow these steps to share the quote as a link:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Click Sales.
- Select Quotes.
- Open the required quote record.
- Click More icon on the top-right corner.
- Click Share.
- Click Share as link.
- A mail compose window opens with the Quote link.
- Enter the recipient's details and click Send.
- As an attachment. Follow these steps to share the quote as an attachment:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Click Sales.
- Select Quotes.
- Open the required quote record.
- Click More icon on the top-right corner.
- Click Share.
- Click Share as attachment.
- A mail compose window opens with the Quote attachment.
- Enter the recipient's details and click Send.
