How do I generate a purchase order (PO) from a quote?

Generating a purchase order (PO) from a quote

Follow these steps to generate a PO from a quote:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Click Sales.
  4. Select Quotes.
  5. Select the required quote from the list view.
  6. Click the More icon on the top right corner.
  7. Click Purchase Order. 
  8. Click Yes to copy the data from the quote to the purchase order. Creating Purchase Order window opens.
  9. Fill in all the mandatory details.
  10. Click Save. A successful message appears with the PO link.
