How do I create a Previous Task?
Follow these steps to add a previous Task to a Task:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Essentials > Tasks. The Tasks page opens.
- Click +Add Task. The Add Task popup window opens
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Click the button beside the Previous Task field to select a task from the CRM or click + to create a new previous Task.
- Click Save to save the Task record.
