How do I create a previous task?

Follow these steps to add a previous task to a task:
- Click the Main menu.
- Go to Essentials.
- Click Tasks.
- Click +Add Task.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Click the button beside the Previous Task field to select a task from the CRM or click ‘+’ to create a new previous task.
- Click Save to save the task record.
