How do I create a parent task?

Follow these steps to add a parent task to a task:
  1. Click the Main menu.
  2. Go to Essentials.
  3. Click Tasks.
  4. Click +Add Task.
  5. Fill in the necessary details.
  6. Click the button beside the Parent Task field to select a task from the CRM or click ‘+’ to create a new parent task. 
  7. Click Save to save the task record.
