Enhancements

Process Designer - Live Chat

• You can now configure the Live Chat module in the Process Designer.

Tally

• The Tally Outstanding Balance field in the Organization module has been changed from a Text type to a Decimal type field. 
• You can add the Tally Outstanding Balance field to reports and charts so you can calculate and generate Sum, Average, and Count values.

Tally

• Do you add item descriptions to your invoices in Tally? 
• Now you can use the  Enable Custom Description Sync (Yes/No) button to ensure that the description also syncs along with the invoice from Tally to Vtiger. You can turnt this setting on or off based on your business requirement.
• When this setting is turned on:
  • The custom line item description entered in Tally invoice directly maps to the Line Item Description field in Vtiger CRM.
  • For each line item, the synced description appears in the Invoice detail view and PDF templates.
• Note: If a line item in Tally does not contain a custom description, it will display the Product Master description in Vtiger.

Partner Portal

• Enhancement to the RTE field (like the Description field) in the Partner portal now supports the following actions that you can perform:
  • Bold
  • Italic
  • Underline
  • Strike
  • size
  • Bullet points
  • Indentation
  • Link
  • Unlink
  • Remove format
• Apart from text, you can post an image or a table in the textbox.
