- `Example 1 - Trigger approvals based on the criteria - Created By User
- Create new approvals and set the user profile applied on = Created By. Create a record with a set of data that matches the rules given in the approvals. Assign the record to the CRM user and save it.

Dashboard
- A shared Dashboard will now display the name of the CRM user who shared it with you under the Shared by user name field.
Field Mapping
- You can now map fields between a Parent module and a Child module. When you create a child module record from the Parent module, the system automatically copies the field data from the Parent record to the Child record.
- For example:
- Copying a Contact’s mobile number to Deal record and Invoice record.
- Copying the date from a Case record to an Invoice record.
- You can map fields for one-to-many and many-to-many relationships (for all modules)from the Modules and Layout > Relationship tab using the Settings icon.
- Clicking the Settings icon opens the Record Template window where you can map Source and Related fields using the Add Mapping button.
Item Name field search
- You can now search an item name by Product Name and Part Number using the Item Name field. This option is helpful when you are familiar with a product by its Part number rather than the product name.
Live Chats
- When a visitor initiates a chat for the first time on your site, the Country, City, and State fields in the Live chat transcript record as well as the Lead and Contact record will automatically be updated.
- This is also available for WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram chat services integrated with Vtiger CRM.
Mobile App
- Dashboards are now available on Vtiger’s Mobile App just like the web version.
- The Dashboard App allows you to list all your Dashboards under My App on your Vtiger Mobile CRM. Available under Extension Stores, it is free for all Edition users.
- Note: Requires you install it from the Cloud/Web version of the CRM before you can view it on your mobile device.
Picklist Values
- Picklists will now display 10 values the first time. Clicking on Show More will load the next 10 values. This will maintain the system's performance without impacting the loading time.
Reports - Pivot and Chart
- You can now group and display data based on date and time (hours). For example, you can group and display data based on Created Time (Hours) and Modified Time(Hours). That is if a record is created between 9:00 AM and 9:59 AM then it will show under the 9:00 AM row. The column expectedly displays every hour like 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, etc.
- This option is available for all modules with Date and Time fields (including Events Start Date and time, End Date and time, and custom Datetime field).
