Enhancements
Contacts and Leads Modules
The following fields in the Contacts module have been renamed.
Field #1:
Current Field Name: Trash Deadline Extended
New Field Name: Erasure Deadline Extended
Field #2:
Current Field Name: Trash Deadline Extension Reason
New Field Name: Erasure Deadline Extension Reason
Note: These fields are related to the Consents module.
Webform
Multi-select Combo Box fields are now available for your Webforms. You can add multiple values in the webform and it appears as a drop-down with checkboxes.
Webform users will be able to select multiple values via the checkboxes.

Enhancements
Audit Forms
Audit forms are now available in the Module Layouts and Fields settings. This enables you to add custom fields to your forms. For example, you can add custom fields such as Expiry date, Rescheduled date, etc.
You can also select the custom fields you created while creating workflows for your Audit forms.
Adding a custom field to the Audit forms requires you to define the field type, label, and the necessary validation rules.
The custom fields you add to an Audit form will be displayed in the record Detail View.
Deals
The Playbook option is available under the Deal > Customize drop-down.
Mobile App - Audit Forms
The Pending tab on the mobile view of the Audit forms is renamed as Over Due.
The tabs in Audit forms will appear in this order - In Progress, Today, Pending, Upcoming, and Completed.
Partner Portal
Actions such as record creation, comments, and record edits in the Partner Portal will now be attributed to the Partner Contact or CRM user who performed these actions. This will help in accountability and reporting.
Note: Earlier these actions were attributed to the CRM account owner.
Tally
You can now map e-Invoice fields from Tally to CRM and vice versa.
A new block called e-Invoice Details is now available while creating invoices and will contain the following fields as default system fields:
IRN Ack No
IRN Ack Date
IRN
e-Way Bill No
These fields are mapped both ways by default during the invoice sync process.
Targets and Quotas
Admins can now set up targets for all the users in the Forecast & Quotas module.
You will be to:
Set the quotas for all users irrespective of whom they are reporting to
View the target vs. achieved
Revise set targets
VTAP App Creator
The VTAP App Creator module is now available for all Vtiger editions (other than One Pilot).

WhatsApp
You can now save customer interactions on your WhatsApp messages (response to your WhatsApp message) in the CRM.
For example:
If your message requires the customer to respond to feedback queries.
If your message is about a task or a case ticket and requires the customer to respond with details.
This is possible because of a new custom field, Reply Message, which is available in the WhatsApp module. This field is updated automatically when the API Response of an incoming Whatsapp message has a Reply context ID the same as the previous Whatsapp Message ID.
