How do I receive alerts when a record is assigned to me?

Follow these steps to receive alerts when a record is assigned to you:
  1. Click the Main menu.
  2. Go to Essentials.
  3. Click Actions.
  4. Click the More icon on the Actions page's top right corner.
  5. Select Configure.
  6. Click the Activity Alerts tab.
  7. Scroll to find the options to enable alerts for different records.
