Obtaining Key metrics of a record using record-level analyticsFollow these steps to get key metrics of a record:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Open a CRM record.
- Click the Analytics widget displayed on the right.
- Click Create to add a widget under Analytics.
- Enter the Widget name.
- Select a Related module from the drop-down.
- Select the widget type as Key Metrics from the drop-down.
- Select the field based on which you want to group the metrics Group By.
- Click Add Conditions to set up conditions (optionally) on fields.
- Click Save.
