How do I set up alerts for @mentions?

Follow these steps to enable alerts for individual or group mentions:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Go to Collaboration > Actions. The Actions page opens.
  5. Click Alert rules. The Configure alert rules page opens.
  6. Click Mentions.
  7. Turn on the toggle.
