How do I update a CRM record?

You can update a record in the record's Summary view.

Follow these steps to update a record:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Open the required CRM record. The Summary View of the record opens.
  3. Select the field to be updated.
  4. Enter the new field value.
  5. Click Save.
