What if my customer calls after business hours or if customer representatives are occupied and unable to take a call?

With Vtiger CRM’s Voicemail feature, you do not have to miss a customer’s phone call. This feature lets you link phone calls to your business hours and set up a voicemail. Just record the appropriate message, and it will be played out.
  • For example, if a customer calls during non-working hours or a holiday, an away audio message configured to the Phone Calls will be played out.
  • Set up voicemail.
    • You can have your customers leave a message if all support representatives are busy or away from work.
