Adding a product or a service to a Work Order
Follow the steps mentioned below to add product or service line items to a record:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Click Inventory.
- Click Work Orders.
- Click +Add Work Order.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Click Save.
- Open a recently created work order.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Go to the Item Details block.
- Click Add row.
- Select the Product or Service.
You can add any product or service of your choice to the work order and define the taxes.
