I am receiving Mention notifications on the Actions page as well as in my inbox. How do I restrict notifications to Actions?

You can change your preferences if you do not wish to receive mention notifications via email. 
Follow these steps to change your notification preferences:

1. Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click the Settings button.
3. Look for the My Preferences section.
4. Click Notification Preferences.
5. Disable the Email checkbox under Mentions > Direct Messages.
