How do I change the email template for an alert rule?

Follow these steps to change the email template for an alert rule in Vtiger CRM:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click on the main Menu.
  3. Go to Tools.
  4. Click on Email Templates.
  5. Select the template you want to use for the alert rule.
  6. Edit the template according to your requirements. 
  7. Save the changes.
