Below are the things that you can configure.
Default AssigneeDefault assignee is the default case owner for any case created from the Partner Portal.
Forgot Password TemplateYou can choose the email template for the forgot password email. This email is sent when a partner hits the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page of the portal.
Portal MenuThe menu is what you see on the top of the portal after you login. It shows the modules that you enable under the Portal Menu setting. The available modules are:
- Contacts
- Deals
- Quotes
- Cases (Tickets)
- Calendar
- Documents
You can also reorder the modules with a drag-and-drop action.
Documents WidgetEnable the checkbox to enable the widget on the portal.
