How can I add the Vtiger CRM bot as a chat?

Follow these steps to start a chat with the Vtiger CRM bot:
  1. Log in to your G-suite account.
  2. Click the + icon next to the Chat or Rooms tab to start a new conversation.
  3. Click the Find a bot option. 
  4. Search for Vtiger CRM bot.
  5. Click on the Chat button.
    • Note: If you select Add to Room, you can add the bot to any existing room.
An individual chat window opens. Here you can have a one-to-one conversation with the Vtiger CRM bot and retrieve information for yourself using specific commands.
