Can I set up a Voicemail in Vtiger CRM?

Yes, you can.
You can have your customers leave a message if all support representatives are busy or away from work. The voice will be recorded and sent to the owner’s primary email address, which you must specify during the setup.

Also, did you know you can create a transcript of your voicemail messages?
Enable the Transcript field under Phone Calls. You can also send the transcript of the call to your customer. This transcript is emailed to the owner’s primary email address.
