Why am I unable to import data into the CRM?
If you are unable to import data please check for the following:
- Mandatory Fields: Your CSV, VCF, or ICS file must include all mandatory fields. Missing values may default to pre-set values (e.g., Lifecycle Stage defaults to Lead in Contacts).
- File Size: The file must be 50 MB or smaller. Larger files cannot be imported.
- Access Permissions: You need the right permissions to import files. If you don’t see the import option, check with your admin as import access may be restricted.
