How do I Import a CSV file of Organizations into Vtiger CRM?

Follow these steps to Import a CSV file of organizations into Vtiger CRM:

  1. Log in to your CRM.
  2. Click on the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Tools and select Import.
  4. Click on +New Import in the top right corner.
  5. Select the module as Organizations to import organization records.
  6. Select your CSV file with organization data from your local drive.
  7. Map the columns of the CSV file to the CRM fields.
  8. Choose how to handle duplicate data (create new records, update existing records, or overwrite fields).
  9. Review the field mapping in the Preview Import window.
  10. Click Start Import to begin the import process.
Ensure that your CSV file follows the mandatory field requirements for the Organizations module.
