Profile Score field displaying wrong calculations, how do I solve this?

Please follow the below steps to check the Profile Scoring Calculations:
  • Verify the Profile Scoring configurations.
  • Check if you imported any records that modified the field values.
Note: 
If the Import process modified the records, it may affect the Profile Scores. To resolve this, please follow the below workaround steps:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to the Main Menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Select Modules and Fields tab under Module Management section.
  5. Add a temporary custom field for the Contacts/Organizations module (Based on the module you are calculating the Profile Scoring for).
  6. Enable Mass Edit for this field.
  7. Now, go to the module List View, mass select record.
    1. Note: You can edit 500 records at a time.
  8. Edit and add custom the newly added custom field.
  9. Click Save.
