Please follow the below steps to check the Profile Scoring Calculations:
- Verify the Profile Scoring configurations.
- Check if you imported any records that modified the field values.
Note: If the Import process modified the records, it may affect the Profile Scores. To resolve this, please follow the below workaround steps:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the Main Menu.
- Click Settings.
- Select Modules and Fields tab under Module Management section.
- Add a temporary custom field for the Contacts/Organizations module (Based on the module you are calculating the Profile Scoring for).
- Enable Mass Edit for this field.
- Now, go to the module List View, mass select record.
- Note: You can edit 500 records at a time.
- Edit and add custom the newly added custom field.
- Click Save.
