How to add custom Picklist values?
Please follow the below steps to add custom values to any picklist field:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to Settings.
- Look for Picklist Field Values under the Configuration tab.
- Select desired module. For example, Products.
- Select the Picklist Field. For example, Product Category.
- Click +Add Value.
- Enter the Item value name.
- Select the roles who can assign this value in the record.
- Select the value color.
- Click Save.
