Can I use the same global picklist multiple times in the same screen design?

No. The same global picklist field cannot be placed multiple times on a single screen or form because it represents a single field in a record. Duplicating it would create conflicts in data entry.
However, you can use a global picklist multiple times by linking it to different modules or custom fields within the Vtiger CRM.
