To restrict visibility and control access to records in Vtiger CRM, you can configure Sharing Rules. Follow these steps to limit who can access records:
- Log in to the CRM account.
- Click on your User Profile in the top right corner.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the User Management section.
- Click on Sharing Rules to access the configuration settings.
