Follow the steps below to restrict access for certain profiles:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the User menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click Settings. The settings page opens.
- Navigate to User Management > Sharing Rules. The Sharing Rules page opens with a list of modules where you can enable sharing rules.
- Select the Emails module.
- Enable the Record-level option so that only the owner and co-owners of the record can access it.
This restricts access to sent emails so that only the record owner and co-owners can view them.
