The Last Contact field cannot be manually edited. It is automatically updated by the system when you interact with the contact through certain CRM activities, such as:
- Sending an email from the contact's record
- Logging a call
- Creating or completing an Event
- Sending a WhatsApp message (if integrated)
- Adding a comment on the contact’s record
To update the Last Contact date to today, simply perform one of these activities with the Contact, and the system will update the field accordingly.
